Question 1

How fast will I see profiles?

Accepted Answer

First candidates in 3 to 5 working days after we agree the role. For rare or very senior roles we agree the date with you at the start.

Question 2

Can we start with one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start with one specialist and grow into a team later.

Question 3

Who employs the specialist?

Accepted Answer

We do: contract, payroll and equipment. The contract setup depends on your country; we confirm it in writing before you sign.

Question 4

What if someone isn’t a fit or leaves?

Accepted Answer

We replace them at no cost, as many times as it takes, for the whole contract. Each replacement within 10 working days.

Question 5

Do they work only for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full-time and dedicated to your team. We never split one specialist between clients.

Question 6

Which time zones?

Accepted Answer

Our people work Eastern European and EU hours: a full overlap with the UK and the EU, and most of the day with the Gulf. For Asia or the Americas we agree working hours per role.

Question 7

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. IP assignment is part of the contract.

Question 8

Can we hire them directly later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A fixed buy-out fee, and the person joins your team.

How do you handle security and data?

Accepted Answer

NDA and DPA as standard. Every laptop runs under our security setup or yours, access follows your policy, and we complete your security questionnaire in full.

Question 10

How do you ensure continuity?

Accepted Answer

Our people work from Eastern Europe and the EU, and for a specific role we can offer an EU-based specialist. You contract with our European entity. If anyone becomes unavailable for any reason, the replacement guarantee applies: unlimited replacements, for the whole contract.

Question 11

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One monthly rate per specialist, by role and seniority, with everything included: employment, payroll, legal, equipment, HR and People Care. We name the range on the first call.

Question 12

How is this different from an agency or a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

An agency sends CVs and is paid once the seat is filled. A freelancer is quick, but you vet them and carry the risk. We design the team first, employ and equip the people, and stay accountable for the whole contract: People Care and replacements included.

Question 13

Do you check how candidates use AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in every role. It is one of the five FIT5 checks: each candidate shows something they built with AI help and explains which part they wrote and checked by hand.
